This is actually free and there is no limit to the number of times you work with your trainer. This is no strings attached, totally free dog training and behavior support. That being said, we are a nonprofit and always appreciate donations. Availability of in-person dog trainers will vary based on local programming, but we're always available for virtual consultations.

Who's going to be my trainer?

Your first consultation will be with a Regional Manager who will be your trainer. That person is certified through both the Free Dog Trainers program and through an internationally recognized organization. That person is covered by Free Dog Trainers' liability insurance, and is the one who will work with you to design your training plan. That Regional Manager may then assign you a trainer who is closer to you based on their availability and their area(s) of expertise. If there's nobody close to you yet, we're always looking to expand our network of skilled trainers!
